HOW TO QUALIFY

To qualify for deluxe packs with full size bags of food, the following conditions must be met;

1. You must purchase at least 50kgs of dog food or 20kgs of cat food within 12-month period prior to your litter support request.
   In the case of multiple litters per year; between each litter support request, the total number of kilograms of purchased food must match or exceed the amount of requested support food (each deluxe pack contains 2.27kg of food).
2. Place a paid Nutrience order online. All litter support applications must be accompanied by a paid Nutrience order that we can send the packs out with.

WHAT IF I DON’T QUALIFY FOR THE FULL SUPPORT?
If you have purchased any amount of Nutrience in the past 12 months, but have not reached the threshold, we can still send out our standard sample size packs with your next order.
